History Subject Taster

In the session you’ll be tasked to research and argue whether you believe if the 1954 – 1968 Civil Rights Movement has truly ended.

You’ll also take part in a Footnoting activity, allowing you the chance to practice before heading off to university. Videos have also been included in this session to allow you to listen to the experiences of those who studied History at university.

Differences between A-Level and university study will also be briefly explored to provide you with a greater understanding of what studying History at university is really like.
